Order ConfirmationUpdated 5 months ago

Once your order has been logged, and your bank has authorized the payment, you should receive an email confirming your order. Additionally, you can head to the Account page, click on orders and see all your orders.

Just in case you have not received the confirmation, you might want to check your spam or trash folder if you haven't received the order confirmation email in your inbox. If you don't find the email in spam or trash, do not hesitate to write to us at [email protected], and one of our agents will get in touch with you as soon as possible. You can even use our Live Chat.
